Sales agents earn tiered commission on shipment margin — typical industry B2B rates, with no upper cap. Sourcing role gets cost-savings bonus on every contract you negotiate down. We share upside, not just risk.

Flat, Async, No Busy Work

Small team. Direct relationships. No daily standup, no internal politics, no chasing approvals. Hong Kong handles finance, L/C and shipping paperwork. You focus on what you're best at — sourcing, documentation, or selling.

Three Roles, Two Ends of the Supply Chain

On the China origin side we need procurement and shipping documentation. On the overseas demand side we recruit sales agents in the markets we already serve.

① China-Based Sourcing Officer

本地采购 · 全职 · 中国北方

主要职责 (What you'll do):

  • 现场审厂——走访我们的合作工厂(GCA、ECA、GPC、CPC、Met Coke、FeSi 产线)
  • 工厂分布:山东、河南、山西、宁夏、内蒙古
  • 价格谈判与月度报价比对,争取最优采购成本
  • 配合 SGS / Bureau Veritas / CIQ 做装船前 QC
  • 跟踪生产进度,提前通知香港销售团队
  • 装港物流协调:天津新港、青岛、上海、连云港
  • 开发新工厂、维护现有工厂关系

任职要求 (Who we want):

  • 5+ 年金属、碳素、铁合金或矿产行业采购经验
  • 熟悉中国北方碳素产业链(焦炭 / 无烟煤 / 石油焦)
  • 中文母语 · 能读懂英文 COA / SGS 报告
  • 可频繁出差中国北方(每月 5–10 天)
  • 加分项:SGS / CIQ / Bureau Veritas 工作背景

② Part-Time Shipping & Doc Coordinator

兼职跟单 · 远程 · 按单结算

主要职责 (What you'll do):

  • 制作出运全套单据(Commercial Invoice、Packing List、B/L、COA、Certificate of Origin)
  • L/C 信用证审核与银行单据准备
  • CCPIT 产地证申请与大使馆领事认证
  • 香港 Tradelink 报关申报
  • 货代、船公司订舱协调
  • 客户跟踪沟通、装船进度更新
  • HS code 分类、关税咨询
  • SGS / Intertek 装船前检验协调

任职要求 (Who we want):

  • 3+ 年外贸跟单、国际货代或报关行经验
  • 熟悉 L/C、D/P、D/A 国际结算方式
  • 能独立处理 CCPIT 产地证、领事认证
  • 中英双语流利
  • 加分项:香港 Tradelink 报关经验
  • 可接受兼职、自由职业、按订单结算的方式

薪酬 & 安排 (Compensation):

  • 300–500 RMB / 单(按单复杂度面议)
  • 月单量稳定 8–15 票——月收入约 3K–7K RMB 起步
  • 完全远程、自由安排时间、不用通勤

③ Overseas Sales Agent

海外销售代理 · Commission-based · In-market

Target markets (where we already ship):

What you'll do (主要职责):

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in your local market
  • Promote our full carbon range — GCA, ECA, GPC, CPC, GES, Met Coke — plus ferroalloys
  • Handle local-language quotation, samples, technical Q&A
  • Pass orders to our Hong Kong office for execution
  • Keep your customer relationship; we handle factory sourcing, COA, L/C, shipping, trade finance

Who we want (任职要求):

  • Active buyer relationships in metallurgical industries — EAF steel mills, foundries, aluminium smelters, refractory plants, trading houses
  • 5+ years in metallurgical, carbon, refractory, or ferroalloy industry
  • Local-language native · English working fluency
  • Strongly preferred: existing customer base in our target markets

Compensation (高提成结构):

  • Tiered commission on shipment margin:
    • 5% on first $50K USD margin you bring in (per quarter)
    • 7% on next $100K
    • 10% above $150K — no upper cap
  • $200/month retainer after first booked order (covers your basic comms/travel)
  • Q-end performance bonus for top agents
  • No exclusivity: represent other suppliers in parallel if you wish
  • No territory lock-in: bring deals from any country, not just your home market
